Modcloth.com is one of our inspirations when picking merchandise, and I can’t believe they are selling the exact same cardigan as us, but for triple the price. Either they are marking up their prices by triple, or we just know how to shop around, and get the crazy deals. Anyways, this just goes to show you that Pixics is no joke, if you want to pay triple at other places, then go there. But if you want quality at a crazy price than Pixics is where you come to.

But to be fair we don’t have the selection that Modcloth has because we just started. Hopefully as time goes on, our catalog will continue to expand. And you can be sure that we will work hard to find great merchandise and save our customers money while we’re at it.

This is unprecedented, my computer burned up and now I’ve lost everything. Fortunately I backed up most of the data onto an external. But the moral of this story is that Compaq Presario is a very poor computer. My Sony Desktop is going on decade now, but the Compaq died within 4 years. Next computer will be Japanese made, because they know how to build electronics. On the bright side, I followed my own advice and purchased a Asus laptop 2 months ago. The must be some kind of divine intervention kind of shit going on. The world has fallen into perfect alignment, and I can’t believe it. Lucky Me.

For the longest time I put the Deadliest Warrior in my Netflix instant queue, but I was never really compelled to watch it. Yesterday I finally started watching and couldn’t stop watching it until episode 10. What I learned from the show is that Samurais can take out a Viking, A knights armor is bullet proof, and Nunchucks are no match for a Louisville Slugger.

There was also an interesting twist in the direction the show went. At first the warriors were from way back in history, so there was no emotional connection. It was kind of like a cool history lesson, with lots of blood and action. It was similar to watching an action movie, where the violence is all in good fun. But by the third or fourth episode, they introduced modern day warriors like the Yakuza and the Mafia. Then everything got to be too real, because these are all people that lives today, killing people that I could have known. I felt very uneasy because when they showed the Yakuza stabbing a gelatine dummy, or the mafia shooting their Tommy guns at a mockup of a restaurant, I could have literally been at the other end of that.

Then the show went to the recent times with the Taliban and IRA, and then it was as if they crossed the line. I really want to live my life being oblivious to the real underbelly of society. And the gruesome details of how these warriors/murderers killed their victims, and the way the hosts portrayed everything like it was a game made me feel disturbed. The show should have just left it as a cool history lesson, and not make me feel like I could be wasted at any minute by some murderous “warrior”. What will they do next, a match up between the Virginia Tech Killer vs. Columbine?

I still think it’s a great show, but lets just stick to history please. Also why is the computer geek wearing the same brown blazer every show? Switch it up dude.

Ever since seeing the Modern Family episode where that one gay guy does a flash mob dance for his lover, I was really hooked on Flash Mobs. I would love to be involved in one of these, because as a kid my favorite thing to do was memorize choreographed dances. That’s why this T-Mobile Flash Dance commercial is so cool, and is probably the best one I’ve seen. They definitely used professional dancers while most flash mobs are full of amateurs who are out of sync, and just not good. Which brings me to another point, wouldn’t it be great to go to a wedding of two professional dancers?

I heard about the commercial kings a few years back, but never really followed them. Apparently, they are now doing cat hotel commercials. They literally make this lady look like a fool, but I think it’s funny enough to be effective. I think her cat hotel business will definitely get a lot of customers. But can you imagine the smell in that place? Cat Poop is the stinkiest ever, I mean when my dog takes a dump I barely smell anything. What’s up with that?

I’ve honestly never seen this before in my life, it looks like this video took them a few weeks to do. in the beginning it looked kind of stupid but you’ve got to wait about 30 seconds for the painting to start. I wonder how much paint was used to create this strange and wonderful masterpiece. Well if you’ve never seen the stop motion painting before, check this out.
