I just finished watching ‘I Love You Man’ with my lovely “WIFE”, emphasis on “Wife” to make sure no one gets any strange ideas about my sexual preference. But I found myself relating to a lot of the issues in the movie. I mean sometimes I have to make that hard decision between spending time with my guy friends or spending time with my lovely “WIFE (female)”. Before I met my wife I was all about the bromance, I used to go on man-dates every day of the week with some of my close friends. We dined at fast food restaurants, played basketball till we were drenched in man-sweat, and stayed up till early morn discussing who would win in a fight, superman or batman. Now I’m married and need to ask permission to go on a man-date, but the bromance lives on.

As a photographer, I’ve been capturing weddings, and engagements. But aren’t we forgetting one of the greatest love of all time, a love between a man and a man who are both straight as an arrow? What better way to celebrate a bromance then to have a bromance photography session. I haven’t asked any of my close friends yet, but I feel like it would be something unique, intriguing, and very bromantic. If this little experiment works out, I might be having bromance photo sessions every day of the week, if not every minute of the day. Are guys so uptight that we can’t tell another guy “I love you man”?

Well I guess I will ‘pop the question’ to my friends, and see if I can get this project started. I will keep my 10 readers updated on my progress. So is there any guy friends living in the LA area that would like a bromance photosession? I might be the only photographer with the balls to do such a thing, so pass the word around.
