RATE: 5 out of 5
TYPE: Thai Cuisine
PRICE: $15 and under.
PORTION SIZE OF MEALS: Perfect portions. Not too big and not too small.
PARKING: They have their own parking lot but it’s very small. There’s a valet parking but we never trust those, so we ended up parking across the street in the neighborhood.
SERVICE: The service was good. The waiter brought out our food quickly so we didn’t wait very long. I heard that their service for take out wasn’t that good though.
POPULAR: This place is semi popular for take out, and they also have free delivery. We went there on Friday at 4pm, between lunch and dinner, because we had a play to see later. The place wasn’t very crowded, there were only a few people when we went. I’m pretty sure it’s crowded during the weekends though, considering they have valet parking.
RECOMMENDED: I would definitely recommend this place because the food is amazingly tasty and great for its price. The environment and decoration of the restaurant looks like the food would be expensive, but its actually cheap. At the Thai Restaurant we went to near Santa Monica, we had spent more than $200 for small order of food which didn’t taste that great. This place was a great find.
WHAT TO ORDER: We ordered a young coconut drink (Came with an actual coconut). It was very sweet and delicious, and the price was around $3. I ordered something I usually get when I go to a Thai restaurant, Pineapple fried rice. When it came out I was disappointed because I was expecting raisins and cashew nuts in the rice. But when I tasted it, it was really good, so I would recommend this. (I still prefer Thai Corner Fried Rice, just hate their service.) The price of the Pineapple Fried Rice is $8.95. My husband ordered Pad Thai, his usual when he goes to a Thai restaurant. The price of the Pad Thai is $8.95. To sum it up, you can never go wrong with fried rice or Pad Thai. We spent under $25 Total on belated Valentine’s Day.
WHAT NOT TO ORDER: If you are not into spicy food don’t order anything with a star on it.
