East Coast Vacation Photos

Me and my wife just came back from a vacation from the East Coast to visit family. The trip was meant to recharge my batteries after over 1.5 years of work, but instead it became the worst vacation I’ve ever had. Not to get into to much detail about it, but we spent almost half of our time driving through confusing East Coast highway systems, we went through 10 toll roads costing an average of $5 a piece, New York raped us with $18 parking, and $25 mediocre sandwiches, we got a speeding ticket, and I was sick through half of the vacation. By the time we came back, we needed a vacation from a vacation.

Word of advice is to never drive when you go somewhere. When I went to Hawaii, I took the bus everywhere, and it was the best time I ever had, and the same goes for Korea. I drive everyday, so why would I want to drive when I’m on vacation. The next trip I want to take is Disney World, and I’m going to have a shuttle pick us up from the airport, then we can take the bus to Disney World, and just have fun the whole week. I always have a bad experience with rental cars, unless I’m going somewhere a bit more local, I will never rent a car again.

Anyways, on a more positive note, I did bring my film camera on my trip, and I feel I took some decent photos. So here are my favorite film photos from the vacation.

There is just a quality about film that I love. Well next time I will do the east coast correctly, I feel we tried to do too much, and became overwhelmed, not a good experience.
