RATE: 4 out of 5
TYPE: Japanese Grill
PRICE: Most of the dishes are under $20 and of course the seafood is always expensive.  Expect to pay more because you’ll probably end up ordering a lot.
PORTION SIZE OF MEALS: Very small portions.
PARKING: Lots of parking space.
SERVICE: The service is fast while dinning.  The food  comes out quickly because it’s pretty much raw meat that you grill on your own.
POPULAR: This place is very popular.  We waiting 2 hours just to eat at the place and some waited longer.  You can just leave your phone number and they’ll call you when it’s close to your turn. But you can always go to South Coast Plaza and do some shopping while waiting.
RECOMMENDED: I would recommend this place because the quality of the food is great, especially all of their beef plates.  I have to say though, if you are a big person, this place is probably not going to satisfy your stomach.  Some of the dishes are well decorated with purple orchids.  I also recommend that you eat a little bit before you come to this restaurant because it will not fill you up.  There were five of us when we went and we ordered more than five plates and it was still not enough.  Because of this, we were planning on going to In-n-Out afterward.
WHAT TO ORDER: Don’t be fooled by their menu.  The pictures of the food looks like it’s a lot, but the portion size is very small.  We ordered five different plates for five people, and it was not enough so we had to order two more plates which still wasn’t enough.  But you should definitely order their beef plate and their seaweed salad.
WHAT NOT TO ORDER: I didn’t like the squid because it has a strong fishy smell to it,  but if you like seafood then you’ll be like a drunk in a liquor store.
